Angel's Life

ORIGIN
WELCOME TO PASTOR DR. CARLOTTA'S COUNSELING CENTER.

Angels and Demons are real! Heaven is inhabited by a great multitude of ministering worshipping angels. Lucifer is an angel who rebelled at his creative purpose and was cast out of Heaven with those angels who followed his leadership. His new name became Satan. His purpose is to oppose God. The angels of heaven are primarily ministers of God's providence.

The spiritual welfare that is ongoing today in the mind's of men is being waged by the enemy of God, Satan, who is relentless in his feeble effort to exalt himself from the defeat Jesus Christ placed him in. Satan tactics of deceit and attempted perversion of God's will are promoted by Satan's host of followers, devils and demons.

Scriptures condemns the spiritual works of Satan. God has said that spiritual evil work of Satan will increase in the last days before Satan's final obliteration in the eternal lake of fire. The believer needs to understand the tactics of the enemy, to identify his work in order to be most effective in future warfare, to keep Satan defeated in the believer's life. The primary work of evil spirits is the hindering of the progress of grace in the believers heart and the work of God in the world. Gen. 3:15; Rom. 16:20; Rev. 12:7-9; 20:1-10.

Angels are a creation of God, are real, yet invisible to the eye, they shout for joy and have purpose, and are of the male gender. Their number is very great! Most are of a good nature, but some, fallen with Lucifer, are of evil intent. Ps. 148:2-5; John 1:3; Col. 1:16; Eph. 6:12; I Tim. 6:16; Job. 38:4-7; Dan. 7:10; Matt. 26:53; Heb. 12:22; Rev. 5:11.

Angels are not human. The myriad of angels are distinguished from the "Spirit of righteous men made perfect." Heb. 12:22; Man was made lower than angels because of the fall and is made higher by the new birth. Ps. 8:5; Heb. 2:7. Believers will, in the future judge angels with the Lord Jesus Christ. I Cor. 6:2-3.

Angel are incorporeal, angels are not human and do not have flesh and blood. They are called wind and spirit. They are not all, however many, ministering spirits for God sent out to render service to mankind. Satan's host of evil angels, called demons and devil, are engaged in the warfare from rulers, and power, and strongholds of darkness, and from spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly (high) places. Eph. 6:12; Heb 1:7-14; Ps. 104:4. Through incorporeal, without bodily form as human, they are revealed at times to the eye and spirit of man.

Angels not a race, gathered as a company or host, a congregate, but they are not a race created by God as are the various human races. Ps. 148:2; Angels do not marry nor do they die. Luke 20:34-36. Angels are called "sons of God" in the Old Testament but never sons angels. Job. 1:6; 2:1; 38:7; Gen. 6:2-4. Angels are the masculine gender. Luke. 24:4; Mark 16:5. There is no salvation or help from God for angels but they give help to the seed of Abraham. Heb. 2:16.

Angels has great knowledge and wisdom but, like man, are not omniscient like God. II Sam. 14:20; Matt. 24:36. Paul called angels to be witnesses. I Tim. 5:21. Even the fallen evil angels have wisdom beyond the natural. Luke. 4:34. Angels "seek to learn through investigation something of the marvels of salvation." I Peter. 1:11-12.

Angels are strong! They are greater in might and power than man. II Peter. 2:11; Ps. 103:20; II Thes. 1:7. They freed apostles from prison Acts. 5:19; 12:7 and rolled away the huge stone from the tomb of Jesus. Matt. 28:2. They are not omnipotent as God is. Their strength is limited. Neither Michael the archangel lead angel nor satan, Lucifer the fallen chief musician in heaven, has unlimited power. Rev. 12:7; Dan. 10:13; Jude. 9; Job. 1:12; 2:6.

Angels are not omnipresent. Unlike God, angels can be only at a times. They roam about and walk the earth and can be delayed in their dispatch. Job. 1:7; Zec. 1:11; I Peter. 5:8; Dan. 9:21-23; 10:10-14; Heb. 1:14. Fallen angels (demons and devils) are the servants of fallen Lucifer (Satan) Cor. 11:15

THE FALL OF ANGELS

The fact is, God in His infinite wisdom had given His created angels and His man a carefully instituted choice in the matter of serving Him. Evil is clearly recognizable by all men of the earth. The evil began in a perfectly created angel. In the beginning all that God created was good and perfect. Life was perfect. Life was perfect and already in an eternal stake at the creation of it. Gen. 1. See specifically vs. 31.

Ez. 28:15. shows that Satan was originally perfect. Lucifer, by the choice God gives angels and men, decided to exercise the choice to not serve God, to become his own master and Lord. Thus evil was born and Satan became the proponent of evil toward man, to entice man to exercise his choice, to exclude God as he had done in heaven, to choose to leave the state of eternal perfection God had born them into.

Adam relinquished the power and authority God has given him over to Satan and relegated this evil relationship over all the God legally reversed that perversion of His power and authority in the life of His precious man through the work of salvation wrought by Jesus Christ.

There is an undetermined time betweebn the events of Gen. 1:1 and vs. 2. Since the evil angels had already fallen when the event with Eve in the Garden took place, we can assume that their fall receded the fall of man. Gen. 3:1.

THE CAUSE OF THE ANGELIC FALL.

If you haven't accepted Christ as your Savior simply say in an audible voice, in all sincerity from the depths of your heart, "Lord Jesus Christ, forgive me of my sins and accept me as Your child. I accept You as my personal Savior and I promise to follow the instructions of Your Word from this day on. If I fail because I am human, please help pick me up so I can try again! Thank you, Jesus, for saving me from all my sins. AMEN."

All that God has done and made is good. I Tim 4:4. Tis includes all things of nature and of life and of angels. Out of His perfect love given the choice to sin or not to. Remember that sin is that which severs or separates from relationship, from worshipping the created, rather than the Father, Creator. We can conclude therefore, that the fall of angels was due to their deliberate, self-determined revolt against God. It was their choice of self interests. The motivations behind that choice to sin, to reject relationship, to rebel and disobey God, to please self rather than their heavenly Father, was great prosperity, beauty, and power (pride). There is a picture of the reasons of the angelic fall in Ez. 28:11-19. The King of Tyre. Also the King of Babylon is symbolic of Satan. Is. 14:13. It was the leadership in Lucifer that drew one third of the heavenly angelic host into the fruit of rebellion with him. Rev. 12:4.
